Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve security of a transaction with an automatic teller machine installed in a store of a financial institution or the like by using a mobile terminal and to simplify transaction operations. SOLUTION: A password number is not stored in a storage area of an IC chip incorporated in the mobile terminal, and only information corresponding to a cash card and transaction information such as the amount of withdrawal are stored there, and the password number for identification is input through the automatic teller machine. Separately from the password for transactions, a password to read transaction information in the storage area of the IC chip incorporated in the mobile terminal by a non-contact IC communication part of the automatic teller machine is provided, and this password is input before transactions to enable transaction information in the storage area of the IC chip incorporated in the mobile terminal to be read by the non-contact IC communication part of the automatic teller machine.
