PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the consumption of a buffer for preserving changed digital signals, to reduce the required frequency of transmission and to shorten the transmission processing time. SOLUTION: Detection equipment is provided with a buffer 4 temporarily storing a plurality of digital signal input DI, and a CPU 7 additionally stores only the digital signal input which is changed relative to the digital signal input DI_PRE transmitted in the previous time in the buffer and transmits the digital signal input read from the buffer to reception equipment 20. The bit change parts of the previous digital signal input and the current digital signal input are stored in bit change part registers 9 and 10, and when the bit change part changed in the previous time is not changed this time in additionally storing the changed digital signal input in the buffer, the previous digital signal input at a buffer position is replaced with the current digital signal input.
