PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens device excellent in assemblability even when a lens holding frame can not be assembled to a guide member held in parallel with an optical axis by a lens barrel constituting member. SOLUTION: The lens device includes: lens holding members 2 to 4 holding a lens; the guide members 6a and 6b guiding the movement of the lens holding members; and the lens barrel constituting member 5 constituting a lens barrel body in which the lens holding members and the guide members are housed, and having holding parts 5e and 5f holding the guide members. The holding part 5e has a first holding part 5e-1 for holding the guide member in a first state where the guide member extends in a direction parallel with the optical axis, and a second holding part 5e-2 for holding the guide member in a second state where the guide member extends in a direction to form a specified angle to the direction parallel with the optical axis.
