LUBRICATING OIL FOR COLD ROLLING OIL FOR STEEL SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating oil for cold rolling oil for steel sheet satisfying lubricating performance, washability and accumulated scum reducing property including low temperature atmosphere in high speed rolling, especially in continuous high speed rolling. SOLUTION: The lubricating oil for cold rolling oil for steel sheet comprises (a) 3-20 wt.%. of a mineral oil and at least one kind of monoesters obtained from 12-22C aliphatic carboxylic acid and 1-12C aliphatic alcohol, (b) 55-85 wt.%. of oils and fats, (c) 5-20 wt.%. of composite esters obtained by esterification of a residual carboxyl group or hydroxyl group of a partial ester which is obtained from at least one selected from a group comprising a 16-22C dimer acid and polymer acid and polyols, with a monovalent alcohol or a monovalent aliphatic acid, and (d) 0.1-3%.wt. of a water soluble macromolecular compound including a specific amino based monomer and having 10,000-1,000,000 of weight average molecular weight.
