Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly convey a tape material without causing wrinkles by extending the tape material to the side with respect to a conveying direction in a delay roller for guiding and stretching the tape material in a winding device. SOLUTION: This roller is achieved by a spring elastic bearing holder having clamp bearings 7, 8 operatively related to a roller arbor 2 with respect to a longitudinal axis 5 of the roller arbor 2 of the delay roller 1.
