Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change over shift of an automatic transmission based on simple operation of an operator. SOLUTION: ECU_ECU executes a program including a step of detecting vehicle speed V (S200) when a paddle shift switch is not short-circuited (YES in S100) and determining a vehicle is stopped (S300) when the vehicle speed V is smaller than a threshold value V(0) (=0) and a step of detecting a shift position (S400) and setting the shift position in an M position (S700) when input from the paddle shift switch is detected (YES in S600) in the case where the shift position is other than the M position (YES in S500).
