Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehumidifying apparatus which can achieve energy saving and noise lowering in the process of carrying out pre-cooling and re-heating in the dehumidifying apparatus. SOLUTION: The dehumidifying apparatus has a cooling coil 1 for cool dehumidifying an air flow and a sensible heat exchanger 2 which has a primary air passage 3 and a secondary air passage 4 and carries out a sensible heat exchange of air to air between the primary air passage 3 and the secondary air passage 4, wherein the primary air passage 3 of the sensible heat exchanger 2, the cooling coil 1 and the secondary air passage 4 of the sensible heat exchanger 2 are arranged in order from the upper flow-side of the air flow, and providing a new energy for pre-cooling and re-heating is not required by carrying out pre-cooling at the primary air passage 3 and also re-heating at the secondary air passage 4.
