Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To consider the temporal change of chemiluminescent intensity to highly accurately correct and measure the chemiluminescent intensity, and to accurately correct and compare the differences of the chemiluminescent intensity among measurement items, in a chemiluminescent analysis method and its analyzer. SOLUTION: This chemiluminescent analysis method comprises flowing and supplying a solution containing an enzyme substrate on carriers arranged on a flow route and having an enzyme on their surfaces to cause a chemiluminescent reaction of the enzyme with the substrate, temporally optically detecting in a region containing the carriers to perform a chemiluminescent detection, calculating the luminescent decay-correcting curve of the chemiluminescent reaction from the detection results, and correcting the optical detection result in an at least one part of the carriers on the basis of the luminescent decay-correcting curve.
