Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress surge voltage due to high-speed on/off-control of field effect transistors with respect to a switching power supply, so constructed as to rectify the induced voltage of the secondary winding of a transformer through on/off-control of the field effect transistors. SOLUTION: In the switching power supply; a primary switching circuit 1 is controlled by a control circuit 3 to control turn-on/off of voltage applied to the primary winding of a transformer 2, and the induced voltage of the secondary winding of this transformer 2 is rectified through the on/off-control of field effect transistors Q1, Q2 by the control circuit 3 and is smoothed through a choke coil L and a capacitor C.
