Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that discharge is apt to be generated between a scanning wiring formed on the rear face substrate and an anode formed in the front face substrate in an electron emitting type display device equipped with the rear face substrate and the front face substrate. SOLUTION: In the electron emitting type display device, the rear face substrate and the front face substrate are respectively constituted of flat plates, and the respective flat plates are oppositely arranged. The scanning wiring and a video data wiring are formed on the flat face of the rear face substrate. The scanning wiring has the upper face opposite to the front face substrate and a connection face inclined at an angle of 15° or more and 75° or less against this upper face. By installing the inclined connection face at the scanning wiring, discharge between the anode and the scanning wiring is suppressed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
