Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent heat generation at overcharging a lithium-ion secondary battery, and reduce swelling and reduction of capacity due to continuous use of charge and discharge. SOLUTION: A polymerization inhibitor is added to an electrolytic solution of the lithium-ion secondary battery according to various kinds of additives.
