SOLUTION: The coating composition comprises (A) a non-fluorine system polymer with thermoplastic property, (B) inorganic ferroelectric particles, (C) an affinity improver composed of at least one kind of a coupling agent, a surfactant or an epoxy group-contained compound, and (D) a solvent.
