SYSTEM, METHOD AND PROGRAM FOR MANAGING OPTIONAL ITEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently create and vary data management that matches a variety of requirements such as the management of data used in the construction of a personnel evaluation management system, etc. SOLUTION: An item definition master managing process screen is provided which allows a user to previously register, independently of the definition of a real table, item definition information about the names of items for display on a screen, attributes, and numbers of places as data, classified by the date of evaluation. The names of items, attributes and numbers of places set by the user are registered in an item definition table T1 in a storage device within a system. When a personnel evaluation data managing process screen is opened, the data about the name of the item, attribute, and number of places that matches the date of evaluation is read from the item definition table T1, and it is possible to create and display the management screen of the data and to check the input of the data input on the data management screen. The data about the various items input to the management screen are registered in an evaluation history table M2 in the storage device as a record.
