Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actually measure and correct delay time, before and after a repetitive operation, and at changeover, since accuracy of the delay time in repeated measurements with the inversion of transmission and reception directly affects the measurement accuracy. SOLUTION: A delay time control means 21 activates a delay means 16 before the repetitive operation, and operation time is measured by a delay time measuring means 17. Similarly, the delay time is measured at three locations of time, when a switching means 23 activates and time locations when the transmission and reception are inverted and a series of operations are finished.
