Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrist-watch housing holder to be rotated by a rotating means to wind main springs of wrist watches and capable of facilitating the attachment and removal of wrist watches. SOLUTION: The wrist-watch housing holder 10 comprises both a cylindrical part 12 having an approximately cylindrical shape and an attachment and removal part 15 which is provided for the inside of the cylindrical part 12 and to and from which a wrist watch is attached and removed and is to be rotated by the rotating means to wind the main spring of the wrist watch. The attachment and removal part 15 has a pair of finger insertion parts 15c formed in an approximately ring-like form at both ends of an elastically-deformable main body part.
