SOLUTION: In this heat exchanger where plural flat tubes 13a, 13b in which a refrigerant flows, and corrugated fins 14 are alternately stacked, the fins 14 are provided with louvers 41 cut and raised to deflect the air flowing between the fins 14 toward the flat tubes 13a, 13b. As the louvers 41 are cut and raised on the fins 14 to deflect the air flowing between the fins 14 toward the flat tubes 13a, 13b, the branched flow of the air penetrating through the louvers 41 is deflected toward the flat tubes 13a, 13b, so that the heat exchanging efficiency can be improved as much air is brought into contact with the flat tubes 13a, 13b.
