Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superheated steam generator and a superheated steam treatment device for giving more adequate and quick treatment by superheated steam depending on the condition of treated object, namely on the loaded condition, while saving energy. SOLUTION: The superheated steam generator 1 comprises a steam boiler 4 for generating saturated steam using a burner 3 for heating, and a heater 6 arranged integrally with the steam boiler 4 in a casing 5 where the steam boiler 4 is provided for generating superheated steam using exhaust gas from the steam boiler 4 for heating the saturated steam generated by the steam boiler 4. The combustion amount of the burner 3 is adjustable. The combustion amount of the burner is increased to increase the generation amount of the superheated steam while increasing the temperature of the superheated steam. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
