Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the electroerosion of a magnesium alloy member while reducing manufacturing cost in a fastening structure for a vehicle. SOLUTION: This fastening structure 10 for the vehicle comprises two members at least one of which is a magnesium alloy member 12, a bolt 14 and a nut (unshown) for fastening two members to each other, and a washer 16 interposed between the bolt 14 or the nut (unshown) and the magnesium alloy member 12 and formed of a metal material different from a magnesium alloy. The magnesium alloy member 12 has a projecting part 20 surrounding the side surface of the washer 16 around the contact surface 18 in contact with the washer 16.
