PRODUCING METHOD OF HEAT SHRINKING FILM ROLL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method of a heat shrinking film roll which is excellent in adhesiveness to various types of ink all over the length of the film roll, and also is excellent in alkali elimination for an alkali elimination type of ink, and can be cut to prepare a label with excellent openability of the cut section. SOLUTION: The producing method of a heat shrinking film roll comprises corona treating at least one surface of a heat shrinking film under a nitrogen atmosphere and then winding up into a roll, wherein the heat shrinking film has a heat shrink rate of 20% or more along a maximum shrinkage direction when treated in 85°C hot water and further a nitrogen content of 0.1% or more and 4.0% or less; and the film roll has a small dispersion in nitrogen content.
