Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording sheet excellent in an ink absorption speed and ink fixing property useful as a recording sheet for an inkjet printer which prints an image of full color at a high resolution at a high speed. SOLUTION: The inkjet recording sheet includes a support overlaid with at least one layer of an ink receiving layer containing organic/inorganic hybrid fine particle with a cationic resin and a silica. The organic/inorganic hybrid fine particle is preferably a fine particle obtained by a polymerizing cationic resin and a silicate in an aqueous environment that a polyvalent anion or a polyanion exists.
