Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a waste treatment using a high temperature-high pressure medium that inorganic matter in waste is deposited in a reactor to cause the trouble of clogging a rector port. SOLUTION: Organic waste or inorganic waste and a medium undergo a mixing stage 2, and are held for a prescribed time in an oxidizing stage 4 in such a manner that the concentration of hydrogen ions in the medium is controlled to ≥10-4mol to 1 kg of the medium in the presence of an oxidizer.
