Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a catalyst for oxidizing a fluorine-containing alcohol having long life span from which a fluorine-containing aldehyde such as trifluoroacetaldehyde is obtained with high conversion rate and with high selectivity from a fluorine-containing alcohol such as 2,2,2-trifluoroethanol and the like. SOLUTION: The catalyst for oxidizing the fluorine-containing alcohol (example: 2,2,3,3-tetrafluoropropanol) having at least one or more metal oxides containing vanadium oxide supported is represented by general formula (1).
