Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a streaming distribution system and streaming distribution method which force no complicated registration in advance on a user for advertising and enable the user to switch to other advertisement information in the middle when non-interesting advertisement information is distributed. SOLUTION: A system inserts a motion picture advertisement into contents and distributes the contents from a streaming distribution apparatus 100 to a user terminal 200, wherein alternative advertisement information is also displayed together while the motion picture advertisement 1 is being reproduced on the user terminal 200. When the user is not interested in the motion picture advertisement and the user watches the alternative advertisement information and designates another interesting alternative motion picture advertisement 2, the distribution of the motion picture advertisement 1 is stopped, the designated alternative motion picture advertisement 2 is distributed, and following contents are then distributed.
