FILE WRAPPER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file wrapper management system in digitizing paper sheets, to read an index sheet including attribute information written in thereon and automaticall store it in a server device. SOLUTION: The file wrapper management system 1 comprises: paper sheets 21; an index sheet 20 including attribute information of the paper sheets 21 described thereon; a scanner device 2 for scanning the paper sheets 21 and the index sheet 20 to convert them to an image file; a capturing device 3 for converting the image file of the index sheet to a CSV file constituted by text data of the attribute information by performing character recognition processing for the image file of the index sheet 20 and for storing image files of the CSV file and paper sheets in a primary folder 6; and a management server 5 for storing the CSV file stored in the primary folder 6 and the image file of the paper sheets 21 in an intellectual property information database 7.
