PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage nursing practice so that nursing practice can be performed appropriately. SOLUTION: An operation device 62 receives a performance content of medical practice to a patient. A recording part 60 records the received performance content. A management part 56 extracts evaluation data on evaluation out of the performance contents recorded by the recording part 60. Also, the management part 56 adds the extracted evaluation data to an edit area and edits a summary of performance results of the medical practice.
