Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety by treating a pollutant properly, in a moving-type decontamination device. SOLUTION: A cleaning fluid manufacturing device 24 and a cleaning fluid retreating device 25 are loaded on a self-traveling cleaning fluid treating vehicle 11, and a decontamination device 15, having a shower 22 for removing the pollutant from a sufferer by the cleaning fluid manufactured by the cleaning fluid manufacturing device 24 is provided. As the cleaning fluid manufacturing device 24, a cleaning fluid refining device 24, for refining the cleaning fluid by adding a decontamination agent into water in a water tank 13, is provided, and as the cleaning fluid retreating device 25, a rough filter 32 for removing rough particles from used cleaning fluid, decomposition sterilization tanks 33a, 33b for decomposing an contained chemical agent and sterilizing a biological agent, a prefilter 34 for removing contaminated particles, an active carbon adsorption filter 35 for removing the contaminated residues, and a reverse osmosis membrane purifying device 36 for removing ionic materials are installed.
