MANIFOLD UNIT AND FLUID DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight/compact manifold unit which can exactly prevent liquid leakage although the unit is lightweight, obtain a designated durability, and is excellent in durability to exactly prevent the liquid leakage even when it is used in a severe operating environment. SOLUTION: The manifold unit comprises a first block 11 with a first fluid passage and a storage aperture opened to its inner end, and a second block 14 with a passage groove 14g housed within the storage aperture which forms a second fluid passage connecting to the first fluid passage together with the block 11, furthermore, in at least one side between the blocks 11 and 14, a plurality of ports 11a, 11c, 11d, 14a and 14d connected by the first and the second fluid passages are formed. Additionally, to the storage aperture of the first block 11, a tubular object 21 formed by a substance harder than the block 11 is stuck, and the second block 14 is housed within the tubular object 21.
