The slide rails 13, 14 are formed in rectangular parallelopiped shape and mounted in a Z-axis direction perpendicularly to the adjusting blocks 6a, 6b. The slide rails 13, 14 are formed with the recessed groove rail parts 13a, 14a of rectangular cross section, and the recessed groove rail parts 13a, 14a linearly incline to face each other at an angle α in an X-axis direction with respect to the Z-axis of the slide rails 13, 14.
