STRUCTURE OF HIDDEN HINGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure of a hidden hinge allowing easy formation of recessed groove rail parts having inclination within a horizontal plane in adjusting blocks formed by die casting. SOLUTION: The upper parts and lower parts of the adjusting block 6a for a door frame 2 and the adjusting block 6b for a door 3 are mounted with slide rails 13, 14 as separate bodies. The slide rails 13, 14 are formed in rectangular parallelopiped shape and mounted in a Z-axis direction perpendicularly to the adjusting blocks 6a, 6b. The slide rails 13, 14 are formed with the recessed groove rail parts 13a, 14a of rectangular cross section, and the recessed groove rail parts 13a, 14a linearly incline to face each other at an angle α in an X-axis direction with respect to the Z-axis of the slide rails 13, 14. Locking parts 15 of the slide rails 13, 14 are fixed into rectangular hole parts 16 of the adjusting blocks 6a, 6b. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
