LATCH DEVICE AND FITTINGS WITH THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a latch device capable of moving a latch of a locking position to an unlocking position against an elastic member, in a state of immovably supporting an operation rod in a position pressed to a case. SOLUTION: This latch device has the case 30 installed in a fittings body of fittings, the latch 40 movably arranged over the locking position and the unlocking position in this case 30, the elastic member 60 pressing and holding this latch 40 toward the locking position, and the operation rod 50 swingably installed in the latch moving direction in the case 30, and can smoothly move the latch 40 up to the unlocking position by external force, when the operation rod 50 is in a third position contacting with the case 30 by rocking in the latch locking direction, by moving the latch 40 to the unlocking position by putting its operation rod 50 in a second position by rocking in the latch unlocking direction.
