Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for controlling the power supply of a mobile body capable of controlling the power in the entire mobile body, realizing the energy saving, preventing any disturbance of the operation, and optimizing equipment. SOLUTION: The control device comprises a power control system 11 which estimates the required power for operating a mobile body based on the operational diagram for performing the operation of the mobile body and the position of the mobile body, and optimally distributing the estimated required power between ground power supply facilities, a ground power control device 19 for controlling the power supply to the mobile body from the ground power supply facilities based on the instruction for power supply distributed by the power control system 11, and a mobile body power control device 24 for controlling the power supply to a mobile body 20 based on the instruction for power supply distributed by the power control system 11.
