Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like laminate exhibiting surface luster, being superior in scratch resistance and being processable by hot forming. SOLUTION: An aqueous polyurethane layer is laminated onto a thermoplastic resin sheet to produce the sheet-like laminate. As the aqueous polyurethane, a polycarbonate-based aqueous polyurethane having a tensile breaking elongation percentage, (a value measured by using a 0.2 mm thick JIS No. 2 test piece, and applying a drawing speed of 500 mm/min at 23°C) of 100-800%, is used.
