DRY TYPE DESALTING METHOD BY BAG FILTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry type desalting method by a bag filter which stably maintains a concentration of a HCl gas 10 ppm or below by selecting an operating condition and adopting a suitable specification of the bag filter using the dry type desalting method. SOLUTION: A reagent is blown into an exhaust gas to stick to a filter cloth of the bag filter and the HCl gas in an exhaust gas is removed by making the exhaust gas penetrate the filter cloth, wherein the exhaust gas is made to penetrate the bag filter at 0.5-0.2 m/min while the difference of the pressure before and after penetrating the filter cloth of the bag filter where the exhaust gas penetrates, is 0.5-1.2 kPa. The exhaust gas temperature penetrating the filter cloth is 140-160°C and a high reaction medicine is used for an alkali agent. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
