SOLUTION: The abdominal aortic aneurysm treatment apparatus having an access port can be used so as to percutaneously approach an aortic aneurysm sac percutaneously without obstructing treatment. The access port has a hermetically self-sealing member for usually holding the access port at a closed position. A percutaneous device is inserted in the access port to open the access port.
