MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve smooth switching of wireless base stations while predicting a moving destination of a wireless terminal, regarding a mobile communication system that allows the prediction of a moving path of the wireless terminal. SOLUTION: The mobile communication system includes the wireless terminal 1 movable in each wireless area of a plurality of wireless base stations 2-1, 2-2, and a base-station control station 3 of a higher-order station of the wireless base stations 2-1, 2-2. The wireless terminal 1 includes a means which calculates movement information including position information, a moving speed, and a moving direction so as to hold it; and a movement prediction function part 4 that includes a means for collecting the movement information held by the wireless terminal 1 via the wireless base stations 2-1, 2-2 and the base-station control station 3. The movement prediction function part 4 includes a means for predicting the moving path of the wireless terminal 1 on the basis of the movement information collected from the wireless terminal 1, so as to allow resource reservations to be made to the wireless base station in the moving destination of the wireless terminal 1.
