Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a decrease in performance of data transfer by performing detection without any omission even when a segment relating to illegal access consists of a plurality of packets and efficiently analyzing packets for illegal access detection. SOLUTION: Packets while assembled are analyzed, and illegal patterns relating to illegal access are prepared by destinations of the packets so as to detect illegality of the segment consisting of the plurality of packets, thereby changing the illegal pattern to be used for the analysis according to the packets.
