ILLUMINATION DEVICE OF VENDING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination device of a vending machine in which a merchandise group displayed in a display chamber can be made conspicuous satisfactorily and an increase in sales can be achieved satisfactorily. SOLUTION: In the vending machine provided with a display chamber 6 in which a plurality of merchandise samples 3 are displayed on respective display parts 5, for example, top, middle and bottom stages in an outer door 2, a plurality of light emitting diodes 22 are disposed in line at the top part and both left and right side parts of the display part 5A of the top stage. By lighting or flickering the light emitting diodes 22 or sequentially lighting the light emitting diodes 22 with a time difference, the entire display part 5A of the top step and the entire merchandise group of the display part 5A can be made conspicuous satisfactorily so that more customers can be attracted satisfactorily.
