SOLUTION: In a monitoring control system in which monitoring information of monitoring target facilities/equipment 11to 1Nacquired by substation facilities 21to 2Eis monitored at a master-station 3 side by transmitting the monitoring information to the master-station side. The abnormality/trouble is detected by a monitoring section 6 when the abnormality/trouble occurs in a monitoring control target, and the monitoring information is transmitted with the e-mail from an e-mail transmission section 7 to the master-station side via an internet.
