Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time until the image log of an image-forming device is placed under the control of an image log managing device after collecting the image log by an image log collecting device without causing any communication loads to the side of the image log managing device. SOLUTION: The image log collection device 40 extracts one portion (test information, head part of a document, a table included in the document, frequently appearing words in the document, summary of text information, keyword of text information, emphasized section included in the document, and pictures included in the document) of information from the image log when collecting the image log sent from an MFP 20 or an LP 30, and transmits only the one portion to the image log managing device 50.
