Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation cooling and heating device improved in comfort by shortening a rising time of a ceiling panel and preventing uncomfortable airflow. SOLUTION: An indoor temperature and a ceiling surface temperature are automatically detected in initial rise, the indoor air is conditioned at once by convection and radiation by combined operation of an air conditioner 1 for indoor air-conditioning and an air conditioner 2 for radiation air-conditioning, when both of the indoor temperature and the ceiling surface temperature do not reach comfortable temperatures. The air conditioner 1 for indoor air-conditioning is stopped when the comfortable room temperature is achieved, and the operation is automatically switched to keep the room temperature only by the air conditioner 2 for radiation air-conditioning thereafter. When the air conditioner 1 for indoor air-conditioning is stopped and switched to the air conditioner 2 for radiation air-conditioning, the room temperature is lowered or raised during cooling or heating, if the ceiling panel 4 is not sufficiently cooled or heated, but in the case of the combined operation, as the room temperature hardly changes in switching, a time to achieve further comfortable living space can be shortened, and the convenience/operability/comfort can be improved.
