Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the shift switching unit of an automatic transmission which can avoid wearing a parking brake. SOLUTION: The ECU executes the program which includes the step (S300) to detect the shift operation (YES at S100) to the driving position by a driver and judge the car stoppage when the car speed V is smaller than the threshold V (0) by detecting the car speed V (S200), and the step (S500) which keeps a non-drive position by canceling the shifting to the driving position by the driver if the parking brake is in working position (YES at S400) when the car is standing (YES at S300).
