Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply to a galvanized steel sheet, surface treatment for preventing the occurrence of black stains even when the galvanized steel sheet is deep-drawn under the severe condition that the galvanized steel sheet is coated with a quick-drying oil and is subjected to high-speed continuous working. SOLUTION: The galvanized steel sheet is coated with a surface treatment liquid containing 5-50 pts.mass epoxy group-containing silane coupling agent, 0.2-10 pts.mass (as vanadium metal) vanadium compound, 0.01-10 pts.mass wax, one or both of compounds selected from 0.2-10 pts.mass carboxylic acid and alkoxy silane to 100 pts.mass lithium silicate with the Si/Li mol ratio being in the range of 1 to 4, and heated and dried to deposit the surface treatment film having the deposition of 0.05-10 g/m2.
