Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the excellent assembling efficiency of an air-conditioner into an instrument panel, and to prevent incomplete assembling to the instrument panel, in a vehicular air-conditioner constituting an instrument panel module together with the instrument panel. SOLUTION: A bracket 128 extending in the vertical direction is provided on an instrument panel. A fitting plate 67 is provided at a casing 60 of a fan unit. A fixing hole 80 in which a stud bolt 131 provided on the bracket 128 is formed at the fitting plate 67. The fixing hole 80 is formed in a slit shape extending in the vertical direction. An inclined part 67e is formed on the fitting plate 67 so that a nut 135 is not completely screwed when the stud bolt 131 inserted in the fixing hole 80 is detached from a fastening area.
