Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a plastic lens for improving physical properties such as abrasion resistance, transparency, adhesiveness, water resistance, and weather resistance, or the like. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the plastic lens, a zirconium compound and a tin compound are reacted on a plastic lens substrate in an aqueous medium under the presence of a quarternary ammonium carbonate, and a coating compound which is prepared by mixing a soluble sol containing a composite colloidal particles obtained by a liquid shaped medium as needed, and an organic silicon compound is coated and cured by using the mixed or composite zirconium oxide to be obtained and a stannic oxide as a raw material.
