Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a honeycomb sandwich panel having high strength, reduced in weight, non-combustible, enhanced in transmission loss and having soundproof characteristics. SOLUTION: The honeycomb sandwich panel is constituted by fixing an upper surface plate 2 and an undersurface plate 3, both of which comprise an aluminum alloy plate, to the upper and under surfaces of a honeycomb core 1 comprising the aluminum alloy plate through a fixing means not shown in Fig. A metal plate 7 comprising a ferrous alloy plate is fixed to the undersurface plate 3 becoming a sound source side by a fixing means 8 through the strip-like aluminum alloy plate 6 with a predetermined thickness (t) and a predetermined width and a space part S (air layer) with a predetermined size demarcated and formed with strip-like aluminum alloy plate 6 is formed between the undersurface plate 3 and the metal plate 7.
