Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalyst for cleaning exhaust gas, which can keep high NOx removal performance without being deteriorated with time. SOLUTION: The catalyst 1 for cleaning exhaust gas, which is used for cleaning the exhaust gas to be discharged from an internal-combustion engine, comprises a catalytic carrier 11, a first coat layer 12 which is formed on the catalytic carrier 11 and consists of a NOx reduction catalyst, and a second coat layer 13 which is formed on the first coat layer 12 and consists of a mixture of the NOx reduction catalyst and a cerium-containing oxide.
