NON-INVASIVE MODULATION OF AUTONOMIC NERVOUS SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus which modulate the balance between sympathetic elements and para-sympathetic elements to treat syndromes such as dysuria and Shy bladder syndrome. SOLUTION: The method and the apparatus are for applying heat and massage to carotid arteries and/or eyeballs to modulate the balance between sympathetic nerves and para-sympathetic nerves to reduce the hypertension of the sympathetic nerves or accelerate the hypertension of the para-sympathetic nerves for a target muscle to mitigate syndromes of dysuria, Shy bladder syndrome, DESD, ischuria, or laryngeal spasm, as well as to monitor the efficiency of therapy against bladder diseases, and to help a medical implements to pass through the sphincter muscle in a body, and treat congestive heart failure.
