Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamination which is of an armature capable of being wound using a winding machine and which is such that isolation is given to windings around individual poles of the armature in a simple yet effective manner. SOLUTION: A small PMDC motor has a wound salient pole armature. The armature 22 has a winding guide 38 disposed in each winding tunnel 36 formed between adjacent salient poles of the armature. The winding guide 38 is arranged so as to isolate the radially inner portion of the each winding tunnel whereby the windings 30 around the adjacent salient poles of the armature are restrained from entering the opposite inner portions of the winding tunnels 36.
