Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the height of a disk tray without changing an elastic property of a damper. SOLUTION: A damper 30 is attached to a pickup base 25. A nut 31 is press-inserted into a locking hole 14a of a disk tray 14. A washer 33 is mounted to the damper 30, and a SPW 34 is mounted to the washer 33. Next, after a locking shaft 32a of a locking screw 32 is inserted into a damper insertion hole 30a, a washer insertion hole 33a, and a SPW insertion hole 34a in this order, the locking screw 32 is rotated, and the locking shaft 32a is locked to the nut 31. When a height position of a pickup base 27 is deviated from a regular height position, the locking screw 32 is rotated so as to become regular height and tilt, so that an engaging quantity (locking quantity) on the A direction of the locking shaft 32a and the nut 31 is adjusted. The washer 33 and the SPW 34 hold the length DL of the damper 30 in the A direction constant (compressing quantity is constant). COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
