Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk to which a non-contact IC chip is mounted, and which is manufactured in a simplified manufacturing process and high in substrate strength. SOLUTION: Recessed parts 14 and 15 for storing RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) tags are formed concentrically with a center hole 13 at the same depths in disk substrates 11 and 12, respectively. The recessed part 14 of the disk substrate 11 is formed in a clamp region between the center hole 13 and a signal recording region slightly apart from the center hole 13. The recessed part 15 of the disk substrate 12 is formed in a position corresponding to the sticking surface of the disk substrate 11. After the disk substrates 11 and 12 are stuck, a space left between the recessed parts 14 and 15 and the RFID tag is filled with a filler injected from an aperture 16 to complete the optical disk.
